We are Bharosa
Delivering trusted, person-centred NDIS support services across Australia.
About Us
Bharosa Community Services is a registered NDIS provider delivering trusted, person-centred support services across Australia. Established in Brisbane in 2021, we support participants of all ages across Queensland and Tasmania, with plans to keep expanding nationally. Our name, Bharosa, means trust and every one of our values spells it out. We offer everyday supports, Supported Independent Living, Support Coordination, and specialist high-intensity and behaviour support services, all shaped around what each person needs to live confidently and independently. We acknowledge and respect the history, stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Our Vision
Inclusive NDIS Support Services Across Australia
We envision a society where people with disability are empowered to live freely and fully, without compromise. Our vision is to foster inclusion, confidence and quality of life through long-term relationships and trusted support shaped by respect, consistency and a genuine commitment to wellbeing. Before any service begins, we take time to understand what each participant needs so they get the most benefit from our support, and we encourage community participation through meaningful occupational and creative activities that build confidence and quality of life.
Our Mission
Empowering Lives. Enriching Communities.
We uplift lives through high-quality, person-centred NDIS support that meets official guidelines and each participant’s individual needs. Our mission is to bring comfort, care and opportunity to people living with disability, in every community we serve across Australia.

Our Participant
Here is what one of our participant Desmond Lenoy has to say about us:
“I have been with Bharosa for 2 years and I am very happy with Bharosa and really enjoying the support. The staff are very good and always helpful. They take me doctor’s appointments, shopping or wherever I want to go, and I especially enjoy long drives and outdoor activities. Overall, my experience has been very good and positive.”
At Bharosa Community Services, we don’t just deliver NDIS support services—we deliver them with heart, integrity, and respect.
