FAQs

What does it mean to be an NDIS registered service provider?

It means we’re officially approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission to deliver support services that meet national standards of care, safety, and quality.

Where is Bharosa Community Services located?

Our head office is in Brisbane, Queensland. We provide NDIS support services across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Logan, Sunshine Coast, Caboolture, and regional Tasmania.

Do you provide NDIS support in Brisbane?

Yes. Brisbane is our primary service area. We support NDIS participants across the greater Brisbane region, including southern, northern, and western suburbs.

What is the difference between a registered and unregistered NDIS provider?

Registered providers must meet strict quality and safety standards and are audited by the NDIS Commission. Unregistered providers may still deliver services but only to plan-managed or self-managed participants.

How do I apply for NDIS support?

You can apply online through the NDIS website or by contacting the NDIS directly. Our team can also assist you through the application process if you need help getting started.

Can I switch to a different NDIS provider?

Yes. You have the right to change providers if your current supports aren’t meeting your needs. We can help guide you through the transition to ensure continuity of care.

Are you a registered or unregistered NDIS provider?

Bharosa Community Services is a fully registered NDIS provider, audited by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our registration is verified and current. This means we can support NDIA-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed participants.

What services can Bharosa help me with?

We offer a full range of NDIS support from personal care and household help to transport, nursing, support coordination and community access.

Do I need a registered provider if I’m NDIA-managed?

Yes. NDIA-managed participants can only use NDIS registered service providers like Bharosa Community Services.

What areas do you serve?

We provide services across Australia and offer both in-person and remote support depending on your location and needs.

Can I get support immediately?
